This Master Service Agreement governs the architectural provision of technological systems between Infocraft LLC (EIN: 61-2350602, Registered in Wyoming, USA) and the contracting Client entity.
Infocraft LLC provides advanced AI automation engineering, custom backend development, and data layout. Deliverables and milestones will be defined inside specific system execution logs or explicit electronic communications.
All transactions are clearing in USD. Balances must be fully settled prior to software stack initialization unless structured payment milestones are authorized in the statement of work.
Upon compilation and full financial settlement, all intellectual property rights for the finalized software nodes transfer to the Client. Infocraft LLC reserves operational rights to use non-confidential telemetry and layout models for portfolio validation.
Infocraft LLC shall not be held responsible for system downtime, third-party LLM pricing spikes, or indirect infrastructure failures emerging from client-side network management.
This legal framework and all system agreements are subject exclusively to the laws and corporate courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.
